Construction Options
Dirt Art offers a range of construction options which can be tailor made to suit individual client needs. From complete in-house project management and construction through to involvement of varying degrees of volunteer and/or client workforce labour. As an example, Dirt Art can offer the following construction options;
COMPLETE CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
This option involves Dirt Art managing the entire project from start to completion, utilising Dirt Art’s highly-skilled team of trail builders. This option involves the most minimal client input, whilst ensuring the absolute highest standards of trail.
ASSISTED CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
Where a client is restricted by budget and/or has access to a large volunteer or in-house workforce Dirt Art can provide a range of assisted construction options. Following design and approval Dirt Art can implement training programs and packages to up-skill volunteers and staff, and can then assist with ongoing consultancy, training and auditing through the construction process. On completion Dirt Art offer a full auditing and sign off service to ensure the completed facility is safe and meets insurance requirements.
